  • Feb 6: Eight Dimensions of Wellness
    Discover how the dimensions of wellness connect to support a healthier, more fulfilling life. We’ll explore how these interconnected areas can be used to create greater balance and resilience in your everyday routines.
  • March 6: Cooking for 1 or 2
    Learn simple ways to plan, shop and cook healthy meals to make small-scale cooking enjoyable and practical. Come share your favorite recipes, tips and tricks for healthy eating for 1 or 2 – taste testing included!
  • April 3: Wisdom of Trauma
    Join us for a screening and guided discussion of the film Wisdom of Trauma, which looks at how unhealed trauma shapes lives and society, while offering hope through compassion and healing.
  • May 1: Edible Landscaping
    Learn how to combine beauty and functionality by using edible plants in traditional landscapes and containers – perfect for creating attractive, productive patio or porch gardens.
