Here you’ll find options for 4-H Member Record Books! The annual Record Book process is a way for 4-H Youth and Clubs to keep track of their achievements, growth, and lessons for the future!
Older 4-H Member Record Book!
4-H Members interested in keeping track of their time in 4-H should complete these record book forms! Record books are also a useful tool for Member Evaluation and Senior Scholarships!
Cloverbud (k-2) Record Book!
Adults, please help your Cloverbud remember what 4-H Activities they participated in and have them write or draw about it!
